The two organizations have been working intently collectively for a number of months and have discovered they not only have a lot in widespread, but many untapped opportunities to help one another develop their missions. CareerPlace/ENG, a 20 year old privately funded group led by government director Chris Campbell, serves 640 job seekers throughout the western suburbs. Their model depends on the research and writings of creator Orville Pierson. Able has re-structured its companies in accordance with Piersonâs methods, including use of Job Search Work Teams, and is already seeing outcomes as purchasers land their dream jobs quicker.
